1.1 Search for SPC Chart Reports​

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the SPC Chart Report Section​

  1. Navigate to the main menu and click on Production and Quality
  2. Go to Reports and select SPC Chart Report

Step 2: Understanding the Search Fields​

The SPC Chart Report screen allows users to apply multiple filters. Here's a breakdown of each field:

  • Report From Date: Specifies the start date for the SPC chart report range
  • Report To Date: Specifies the end date for the SPC chart report range
  • Machine (Single-select dropdown): Select one machine to filter SPC data
  • Part (Single-select dropdown): Select the part number required for the report
  • Control Plan (Single-select dropdown): Lists control plans associated with the selected part
  • Process (Single-select dropdown): Lists processes linked to the selected control plan
  • Print Number (Single-select dropdown): Displays print numbers related to the selected process and control plan

đź§© By using these filters effectively, users can tailor the SPC Chart Report to meet specific requirements.


Step 3: Understanding Field Validations​

Once inputs are provided, click Submit to generate the report.

  • Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory
  • If no data exists for a control plan, the message will be:
    ⚠️ “Info! No Data for the control plan”
  • If data is successfully found, the message will be:
    ✅ “Success! Control Process Retrieved Successfully”

Step 4: Start Searching​

Once all required fields are filled in, click Submit to generate the SPC chart report.

  • Mandatory Fields:

    • Report From Date
    • Report To Date
    • Machine
    • Part
    • Control Plan
    • Process
    • Print Number
  • Filter Application: Clicking Submit fetches SPC chart reports using the selected filters, narrowing results efficiently.

  • Clear Functionality: Clicking Clear resets all applied filters to their default state, readying the form for a new search.
